How to write an award-winning resumes, is very important in professional life. In this article, I am trying a good summary for a resume or best resume. It sounds very magic, I am getting a job. But it is the first step, to write a nicely written resume. Because job offering company have a lot of resumes and some of them getting a call for an interview. So it is the first impression about your towards the applying company. That is why it is very important to write a good resume. I am sharing with you some of the points, how to write it and hit the interview call in your pocket.


I am dividing this into 10 points and further into sub-point. Let's get started.

1) Document Editor:- Open your document editor, in which you are comfortable doing your work. It can be MS Word, Google Docs, or any kind of them.

2) Template:- Select the right template, for the best fit to your work of nature.

 

3) Name:- The name should be nicely written, it will be written in the biggest and legible words.

4) Short Description:- You have to write a short description of your work experience, whatever you have. This description all about experience and it must match your job application profile. Write this at the last because it is the summary of the resume, whatever you have written in it.

5) Contact Details:- Contact details are very important to your interviewer if you're getting a call. We do a lot of mistakes to do this. According to an expert. Don't write your mailing address. If a company needs then they will ask you for the same. Only write only these details.
5.1) Phone Number:- This number is reachable, don't write the un-reachable number.
5.2) Email Id:- You have to provide a valid email id. Don't use email id, which has sweet, lovely, too much of number, etc. Email id should look professional.
5.3) LinkedIn:- Nowadays it is a very big platform for all professionals. If you don't have it then you must have to create it. Most of the time HR or the interviewer will check about your profile.
5.4) Social Presence:- It's optional if you have any kind of professional website the write here. it's maybe your profile website, blogging site(it should be a professional blog not like movies, jokes, etc. ), etc.

6) Experience:- In this section write all of the experience you have. Start to form current to first break. The format should like this first company name, second your designations it, third duration and it is optional to write a short description about company. For example, you have 2 company experiences then you write something like this.
6.1)In XYZ I am working as the name of designations to the month name/year at present.
6.2)In XYZ2 I was worked as the name of designations from month name/year to month name/year.

7) Work Achievements:- This section all about your work experience whatever you have. It also starts from the present to starting break of your professional life as like your experience section.You don't need to write about what are you working on, how are you working and which technique are you using on it. Try to write some of this in a different way to write.
For example, My achievement is 100% of delivering the assignment, which I have got within time, and I contribution this achievement to get new challenging work. If you got any promotion. You should write here about your achievement. Like I was promoted as a team lead or something else according to the work of nature of the company.

8) Education:- Write all of the education you have from present to past one. Like if you did some new course the write first then the next one. For example
 1) I have done the XYZ course from the institution name month name/year.
 2) Having any kind of degree. Then name the degree and institution from your completed date month name/year.
 3) And so on.

9) Activities:- In this section write about your extra activities which you perform to enhance your professional life.  Maybe reading books to getting work done in a more efficient way which I am doing currently.Or playing some games which help me to learn how to work in a team to achieve a goal.

10) Skills:- Write all the technical skills you have for this job. Don't try to write over fitting skills.

At the end of this point read your resume and write a descriptive short description about your resume.
